I found this schem and wondered if runs of 9v and the  2 op amps on the right don't have VB is that right?

U mean "off 9V"  (?)
then ...yes, single 9V power supply .
"VB" would B at 1/2 the supply.
the other OAs are bypassed 2 gnd.
