Do you mean Cry Baby?

If so, I've heard that the main difference between the Bass and Regular versions is a single capacitor:

Scroll down to where it says "Lower Range."

A single capacitor commands the extra $$$£££££

You have to love effects pedal makers. Bloody chancers.

"If you build it, they will pay"

well it depends if for Crybaby Bass you mean the GCB-100 or the 105Q....
If it's the GCB-100 then the difference from the standard crybaby (GCB-95) is just one capacitor, as it's been pointed out in the other replies.
The 105Q instead (the white one) uses a complete different circuit, and i've never seen a schem for that around.
cheers.

Yep, got the GCB-100, the only difference is the center frequency cap, a 0.068uf instead of the 0.01uf for guitars. When I bought it (it was really a gift :D ) I went to check it out, and the guy was a bass player, so I asked him if it sounded Ok, thinking it would sound like crap, he said yes it sounds great, so I tried it with my guitar and amp and it had a funny thing about it that didn´t really convince me, I was like "Dunlop Cry Baby....bass? :? ..bad sound?..." I couldn´t crack the ecuation. Anyway, a few days later I find a brown box on the table that I´ve already seen before!  :D ,-you don´t know how difficult is to have one of those arround here-, I take a look at the thing once again and I notice some litle red letters that spell so emotively "BASS", that bastard tied to rip me off! , and I say tried cause as soon as opened it I checked the circuit, noticed the cap, and off you go cause the litle one´s commin´in!

I play guitar and bass, and have wahs for both instrument.

So in theory, I could stick a toggle switch for the center cap and not have to swap pedals when I change instruments...  I'll be damned.

yep you can even mount a 2P6T rotary switch a la 535Q and choose the cap values you want

Anyone got a little diagram of how to wire the 2 caps to a toggle switch?
