Hey all-
I just finished the Condor Cabinet simulator over at Runoffgroove http://www.runoffgroove.com/condor.html
I built mine with the "Marshall" modification, and boy do I like the sound of it!
It's finished with Rustoleum's black hammertone paint. The label was done on a professional signmaking machine.
I like the way the gold foil label looks against the black (charcoal really) background.

Beautiful!  :D

Very nice job.   Is that an Alps printer?  Have you got any sound samples?

vfr800fiman

No, it's a Gerber Edge printer.
I worked for the Gerber Scientific Products division for 10 of my 25 years there designing signmakers.

I don't have any sound clips yet (I just finished it yesterday).
Hopefully I'll be getting some posted soon. I did build it for PC recording.
Along those same lines, has anyone used the 1/4" to XLR adapter plug for going into a mixer? It seems pretty inexpensive.

See if it can drive the line-in or inserts first.
If that adapter has a transformer --you're now running through a cheap transformer, plus the mic-in gain stage.
