Judging from the control layout the pedal is the SM-9 Super Metal carried into the 10 series.  Ibanez generally don't change things much from series to series (TS has been the same near enough for 20+ years for example) so it should be a good starting point.

The Per Cederholm SM9 schematic contains errors (around the punch control. It took me 3 hours to find out why that control did not work. (it's the connection to the + input of that opamp) This one is more correct en complete from a service perspective:
