cheap etching primer - uk?

also do you think £15 for 4*400ml of 'hycote clear laquer spray' is an ok price?

Primer I got one tin for 3  quid offa ebay, cant remember how much delivery was.....cant you get the primer at halfords?

Was that primer stuff self-etching tho? halfords only seem to have small bottles of 2 stage stuff. i'm sure you can get it in a spray can.
