Can I use 16V caps with a 18V pedal?

GGG's build materials for the PT-80 (18V) include 16V caps.  Any problems using 16V caps?
builds completed: boutique fuzz, rangemaster, BSIAB2, PT-80, Tonepad wah, Ross Comp, Axis Fuzz, MOSFET boost, Thunderchief, Big Muff (triangle), Mr. EQ, Dr. Boogey,  Neovibe, Dist+, EA Tremelo, ADA Flanger, RM Octavia

If you look at the schematic....

...you'll see that the caps are all after the voltage regulators so they will never see more than 12V or 5V depending on where in the circuit they are.

16V is perfect. :D
