wow, that´s cool! Is it the moon or a lemon ? :D

off topic: I´ll put the statue of bigotry on my next pedal!

It's a taco! I used a taco shell box to figure out how I wanted the pedal layed out.
I hope the bigot comment wasn't inspired by me?

^^is that taco pooping ice cream? niiice.

:icon_redface: Yes, it's the taco from that episode of South Park. It was the first cartoon taco that came to mind when my friend (who I built the pedal for) jokingly suggested that I just use the taco shell box to decorate the enclosure.

Maybe I will attempt a more classy enclosure for my third build.

The tube projects just keep coming.  Here is my latest build (not a stompbox, but it originated and got developed here).  The thread here about it is here http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=75435.0

I meant to comment on this before. This is beautiful! It cracked me up when people gave you a hard time about the wiring on this.

Part 2

Barber Silver LTD.

I decided to mount the trimmers as externally.  I don't think I'll be tweaking it too much, but it's better than having to open it up to make changes.

I'm sure every build I do is messier than the previous (on the inside at least) ...  ???  Something not right about this.

Is this a waterslide decal or is it something else

How is the trimmer pcb attached to the enclosure?

they are. since i don't have a drill press getting the clearances just right is a total PITA. if i'm not careful tightening the pot nuts the knobs act like gears... the next 6 pot layout will be computer aided.

Looks really nice Sue.
How did you attach the image to the pedal, what kind of paper is it?

Thanx!
That´s just ordinairy photo paper. I put it into the wet clear laquer. This is photo #2. #1 got crinkled when I tried to separate the paper and the plastic foil - I thought it would be better to glue only the thin foil onto the enclosure. But it didn´t work, I´ll try another photo paper next time. I had done that with b/w photopaper before, but never with color paper

My First Gut-Shot

My friend commented that my wiring job looks like those toys you see in waiting rooms at the dentists office. The ones with the wooden beads on the multi-colored wires...  :icon_rolleyes:

LOL, I like your style.!

Is the woman on the pedal anyone in particular?
I do mine the same way except I use normal paper, will have to try the glossy photo paper next time.
