I can't take credit for that... it's a BYOC kit.  It's the best as far as DIY reverb! :D

Two of my latest of this week: Gunner Boost (Red Dwarf Boost from Rick Holt) and Slash Crunch (Modified Crunch Box).

I really need to get into screenprinting or something.

I have completed some builds recently, but I haven't posted much. Thought I'd get some pedals I'm proud of up.

Here's a 'sunking' from Madbean. I also have a video on my Youtube page of it.

And the Guts.

Here's a triplet set! I started these AGES ago and found out I suck at using perf and have no desire to learn to debug perf stuff. It's hard man. Anyway, finally gave in and got boards for the booster and compressor. I don't have gut shots for everything, but here's a cool shot of the set. I made 2 of each of these.

Not a stompbox, but an effect nonetheless. ReVibe (tube reverb and tremolo):
Gutshots are mandatory for such nice builds.

Sorry it took so long to get this up, but here's the gut shot. Not as tidy as I typically like, but it's a lot to cram into a pretty small chassis.

I am seething with admiration and envy!  :icon_exclaim:

Taylor's lovely tremolo:

Ha, cool. What is that vege-fruit-creature? Probably a slick reference going over my head here.
It's a internet meme, you're probably a better man for not knowing about it. Haha

Slade, looks great! What mods did you do to the Crunch Box?

just realised i haven't posted here in a while....

He designed his own, don't know if he'll release code, however I have built a tuner that's pretty similar:

It works ok, kind of jumpy. Maybe Galego's will have faster tracking.

This.

Yeah mine is very fast, but also jumpy. You can play a scale quite fast and it will keep up with you and show all the notes. It could be faster but i had to put in some delays or else you couldn't even understand what was being displayed.

I would be fine with sharing schematics and the hex file, but the source code no because, let's just say i didn't buy my compiler.

Anyway, here's a vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=keURkUKPppU

In this video it seems to work fine because i have learned how to pick each string to make it detect better, you have to pick very gentle on the low E.

Taylor

Nice, it does look a bit less jumpy than theGIMMICK.

I just wanted to clarify that I didn't design theGIMMICK, but I built one using that guy's code and schematic. What I wrote before sounded like I was taking credit for actually designing it, which is totally not accurate.

i think that it shows that you went above and beyond when you do more than just the top. it's a nice touch :)

Weekend builds:

And this is a real challenge.  Wish me luck when I test it tonight.

I'll be the one to ask this time; what is it?

6 (?) transistors and 4 opamps (?), phaser?  ???

OpenHaus.

It's a beast.

2 x GermaniumNPNs
2 x Nchannel Depletion MOSFETs
1 x JFET
1 x 15V Regulator
4 x Op-Amps

5 pots, 3 toggle switches. On this veroboard are 27 Jumpers and 75 Cuts. Debugging could be a challenge.

My 2nd fuzz face build. I had a couple of different ideas for this one but this is the design approved by my 16 year old son.
