Hi, thanks! I buy them here.. But this is one of few items they sell there which are made locally (in Czech Republic), you probably won't be able to buy it elsewhere easily..

I buy them but actually it should not be too hard to made box like this, if you are able to cut and bend sheetmetal and if you really want to.. I can make better snapshot of the bottom part for you, if you want me to..
