Here is my new treble booster :)

I used transparent stickers for the design, as they are really cheap and don't need any clear coating.

Say, is that the "RM type" enclosure Banzai sells?

Are there 2 sets of eyes? Cool! What's the box made out of?

Doug_H

It's an aluminum box I got surplus. Yes, there are two sets of eyes. It's from the Pink Floyd "Relics" cover. My wife did the artwork for the pedal.

Thanks for your comments. :icon_wink:

P.S. This is from my folder in the layout gallery, which includes a schem, layout, and sound clip.

Do you mean if it sells well? Probably not :), there is apparently not many RM fans around so this was the last one right from their shop-window and they are not gonna get any more. It's fairly cheap though, it just needs a bloody hour of sanding.

my new tube amplifier based on a ampeg preamp and marshall power amp..

more pictures soon ;)

Very pretty!  How did you do the legending?

caress

here's my new bitcrusher, the crushalot.  it's got a pretty fuzzy sounding preamp when pushing the pregain, switchable clipping diode/si diode, FB loop, battery starve, analog bitcrushing based on bugbrand's design and a small bend which allows for ringmod/choppy amplitude modulation.  "i'm not a playa, i just crushalot..."  haha  miraculously this all fit in a hammond BB enclosure with 2 batteries!

Thanks Mark  :)

I use silk screening technology fot the legens and the logo on the right is made by lazer cut.
Actually I make the chassis by lazer cut technology. Better than the home drilling ;)

In this amplifier I use ipowe and output transformers from germany's tube amplifier Regend 60
The tube at this time are all russian.

I will post more pictures when I finish the amp.

I would love to get into amp building, but I'm in an apartment right now and I really don't have the tools or equipment to build anything of that size. I'd prefer to build the chassis and the cab myself, but I might just end up doing a kit :-\.

Nikolay, since you posted an amp, I will post the one I built.  Its a Marshall 18watt TMB Plexi.  Only a 3 day build  :icon_twisted:.  She has 3 ECC83/12AX&s for preamp, 2 EL84s for power amp, and an EZ81 tube rectifier.  Two channels.  I even close the bottom up for now with clear plexiglass so I can look in.

Sounds amazing!  I havent played guitar so much since!  :)

I FINALLY finished my English Channel from runoffgroove.com. What a great little circuit! Gets you real close to an AC30. Highly recommended!

That amp looks awesome!  It really looks like Nik at Ceriatone makes some great kits.  I've been thinking about trying his Trainwreck Express or Liverpool kit, I just can't decide which one...
