The one resistor on end is a modification to the board for the mids
just to keep humble. 

Oh thanks! I actually did not notice that one resistor on end before. But as you say, if it were too perfect, what would be rock and roll about that?

I doubt that! Look at his last boxes - I'd compare building one of Ricks phasers to painting the Sistine Chapel so a bit of shiny metal is easy.

I see that you etched the enclosure with "-9VDC" Does that mean this is a positive ground circuit? Or, is that just to indicate the jacks center pin?

Ha ha, not necessary. I've wanted to put this one together for quite a while. Fired up the first time, too! The only issue I'm experiencing is a little glitchyness on the first octave down. I don't know if that's normal per the design or not. I'm going to swap out some other CD4013s and see if that improves it. I will be doing a run of these in a couple of weeks. I will also be doing a demo of it later this week.

...so this happened 6 months ago..I still haven't seen any of these boards or talk of these boards around the forums. .Did the boards ever make there way into the public? Did I somehow miss this amazing opportunity?
