this one is stereo and can be for mp3, basically its a headphone amplifier for my music and I also use this for guitar, but it is not quite ok for guitar :D

the box is just scrap wood with craft paint on it and crackle medium. I always ground everything back to the power source. When i am happier with the sound I will try and get some clips, it's pretty raw sounding and a little gated, Kind of doomy. mostly i got what i was trying for now I just need to refine it.

It's just two muffers/bazz fuss's in series with a battery starve (bias) and thumbweel switches for capacitor selection, an 11pst switch to select diodes, nothing that hasn't been done already!

Those look like the old SCSI channel selector switches.

BCD thumbwheels, from All Electronics (surplus) here in the states.  Use them to select the coupling capacitors.
