It's not a problem, as long it's for private use only, as Slade explained. But somehow I don't like the idea of simply copying the name. I thinks it's more funny (and maybe more fair) to change it a bit, make a rhyme or any other kind of joke, so that anybody can see that it's a clone. That way, it can be regarded as some kind of tribute to the original. "Large Beaver" and "Excellent Stiffy" were great examples. That's why my clone of the Meathead is named "DAMN Redhead":

Not a stomp box but a box for your stomp-boxes when your recording takes your balanced line level signal and converts it into a signal for your pedals then converts back to balanced. works well as a DI by its self too.
