Anyway, this is what I boxed up yesterday.  ...  Then had to open up again today because I'd wired in a momentary footswitch!   

What can I say?  The damn thing "clicks"!  An easy mistake to make.  (I hope.)

Switching irregularities aside, I can see why Jimi likes his Rebote.  I've had the board lying around for ages and finally got around to building it.  Glad I did.

Nice!  What did you use for the solder mask?  Was it applied before or after soldering?

Thanks John.  You'll have to ask Francisco about the board - it's from Tonepad.   If I were making my own boards, I guarantee it wouldn't look as good as this.

Hmmm, I don't think so. There appears to be a whole genre of people who take perfectly good guitar pedals, strip them of their foot operated modes and controls, mount them vertically in a standardized chassis, in order to facilitate manipulation by hand!  The nerve of some people, I mean, who's playing the guitar while you're twisting all those knobs? It's crazy!!!
