'Lectric FX's Celeste project -- the old EHX Clone Theory. Looks quite spiffy in the landscape format. Didn't have any spare 4047's, so had to pinch one from the Dirtbag (which is on the bench until I can work out how to get 4x 3008's working.) Very nice range of sounds out of this. Flexible.

Been slowing down on the pedal front, having more fun with my little modular synth setup.

LaceSensor

Very cool Alan. I need to make one of them sometime.
Mn3008 x 4 in the dirtbag will work but I found that it was harder to bias and the delay time wasn't quite as long as 2 x 3005. I used daughter boards, the schematic of which is simple enough and can be vero'd

Nice Alan, that's my sort of paint job.

Just finished up this experimental digital effects pedal, my first time using OSHPark and SMD. Some of the soldering is a bit ugly but it works just fine.

ooooh! more info on this? dsPIC or PIC32? what IDE? but most importantly, what kind of effect?  :icon_biggrin:

That is great Peter, super etches inside and out!

Peter, i just noticed in the pcb photo there's a few unsoldered pads with leads through that aren't soldered, early, prefinished pcb photo?

More info to follow :) It's a step on from this http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=106741.0 with a Wolfson 8510 audio codec doing the ADC/DAC. I've mostly been playing with pitch shifting and delays so far.

Very nice! I need to make a layout for that one, too.

Dave - those are unused IC pins. Just didn't bother soldering them.

Yeah, I've got my front seat and beer ready to follow this one.  :icon_cool:

Please at least have 1 forum post before sending me a PM demanding something.

La Calavera: My GGG Ampeg Scrambler clone. I built one for me and one for a buddy.

The guitar player in the band I play in owns an auto body shop. He was kind enough to lay down some color and clear coat these boxes for me. Those two-stage finishes are something else!

The skull graphics are inspired by/appropriated from the popular Mexican card game, Loteria.

Here's my uninspiring gut shot.

Love it freek. Wish I could improve on my graphics. One day I suppose I'll get a color laser printer or try out some color inkjet printing and a clear coat before applying it. Wiring is always a chore.

Floor-mat at the front entrance to my former place of employment. Oh... the irony.

Thanks, man. I do advertising for a living. Designing pedal graphics is my way of making my job tolerable.

I don't mind wiring so much. In fact, I like etching and populating circuit boards. I just wish I was better at it. Ultimately, I think peterg's all-surface mount vibe is the the way to go...

Posted this one in the 1590a thread a while back. Silicon Fuzz Face with 2N5550 transistors, but I might swap them out for higher gain ones.

And I finally got around to adding some graphics late last night.

And a Run Off Groove Odie JFET overdrive I built for a friend for Christmas.

Guts

A Fuzz Factory clone. (Never hand painting a pedal again!)

And another Christmas present–a modded Orange Squeezer for bass with Jon P's decay control.

Palealien

My first build - what is (correctly or incorrectly) known as a dying battery simulator.

Used this layout:

http://www.beavisaudio.com/Projects/DBS/

from Beavis Audio

Easy build and I think I'll get some use out of it. Great starting point for would be pedal builders.

Looking forward to building heaps more gear and putting the finished products up here.
