What gate did you use? Nice job on that pedal, BTW...

Gate I use DOD FX30, I removed (bypass) electronic, and fixed (1k) pot. delay.

Here's my take on the Trotsky Drive.
I used one of the soviet transistors Dano suggests for this one, mine had a gain around 135.

Big thanks to Dano for the transistors and for being an all around nice guy.
Also a thanks goes to Mark M for the etching inspiration.
Breadboards are as invaluable as underwear - and also need changed... -R.G.

My prototyping board. Loads of pots at different values to use for experimenting.

Hey mongo, check out expanon colin's site there is a layout there for a feedback looper/tb .  Also, if you check out Nabo's gallery he made a layout as well.

*edited to remove pic from quote.  Also nice job there cloudscapes, I've been meaning to do the same thing pretty much exactly lol.  Just need to get my hands on the enclosure...

My first time playing with tubes. Based on dough H's pentode driver, and use a 12au6 tube.

And another one.... I'we been bussy building the last week. :D
This is a Kay tremolo and a orange squeezer in the same box. Tried to make a relic box, and I think it turned out pretty good.

modified 6505+ (more gain, less mids/farty bass, less harshness, maximum tone!) with a "modified" marshall 1960TV...pretty damn DIY, and badass, if i must say so myself.  ;)

anyways, i call this amp "THE TBOM HAMMER."

no longer the battle of midway...(i left that band)...

i hate signatures with gear lists/crap for sale....

i am a wah pervert...ask away...

^That thing is hot.

Sunn Fuzz.  Cool circuit.  That little PTP bit (lower right) is the 9v-1.5v converter with an LM317.  PTP for mojo.  :D

My Orange Squeezer (Tonepad)  and EA Tremolo (ROG, diyguitarist)
(the pic on the EA is of Wilson Dam on the Tennessee River)

The blue Sharpie around the EA's led is a result of drilling through the photopaper. Next time, I'll drill, apply the label, cut out holes with xacto, then clear-coat.

Very cool... I like how it looks.

Could you make a thread and post some more info about the mods you did on your 6505+?
I can find a lot of people on the internet posting that they changed their 5150s/6505s...  but very little actual info, values, and so on...

heres the actual thread

http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=53660.0

i put a 47k resistor across the mid pot on the lead channel. i added a switch to choose between "stock bass/modified bass," and what i find that it does, is change the mid frequency entirely...it goes from stock dry mids (47k), to a scooped, growly distortion tone (82k). ill record clips today. i changed the treble cap from a 470pF to 150pF, and it sounds amazing. i changed the first and 3rd cathode bypass caps to 2.2 uF for more girth in the gain. and, easily, i changed all preamp tubes to EiGOLD 12ax7 tubes.

That "Hello Mojo" is so pretty  ;D

Here's my booster. It's AMZ mini-booster with fooltone options.
I call it "Pläski" which means plump.

Gut shot.
