That looks great Rich, I like how you've labeled it up works really well.

Really nice etch, Rob! Your etches are just perfect!

Thanks to this forum I am getting better an better at this.
Here's my newest one: A KLON/BLUE NOTE double OD as wanted by a befriended guitarist.
The order of the two is switchable, the KLONs buffer is switchable and I tapped the 18V (or rather 17V rail) from the KLON to charge pump the Blue Note by a toggle as well.

Enclosure is etched and it has got a lot of cables inside!

Here's the pedals i've built over the last few months with a lot of help from you guys. I have a more utilitarian approach to pedal aesthetics than most...and i'm lazy and impatient.

LPB-1, Roger Mayer Fuzz, Crowther Hotcake along the top and Rub-A-Dub Reverb + Fuzz, Box of Rock + SHO along the bottom :)

Don't let me go near that gold spray paint again for the love of god

*Still haven't worked out how to embed photos

Ack!  There's needs to be a sticky for this!  If I had a quid for every "how to post pictures" reply I've made, I'd have retired by now, enjoying my vast and hard-earned fortune*.  My mate duck, too.  (And many others.)

* I just checked.  It's £22.  I won't be giving up work just yet.  Bugger...

I think I still owe you that quid, blue.

I'm intrigued too.  I've been thinking about making an intentionally farty pedal, and that would be a great control label for it.   :icon_biggrin:

Try any DBA fuzz pedal with backward transistors [emoji16]
To you, buffered bypass sucks tone.
To me, it sucks my balls.

That's 100% more labeling than I usually do.  I guess it gets more important with complicated devices, but I haven't built anything with more than 3 knobs so far.

Although I just got a (free) color laser printer, so we'll see what the future holds...

patrick398

Do you also get a quid every time you have to explain how to stop the pictures being MASSIVE? I like the drive my amp really hard with the LPB-1 and 'give it the beans' as my friend would say. I'd totally be on board with a farty pedal though, Beans would make a lot more sense in that context
