Hey Volkmar, any chance of a gut shot of that beauty?  How difficult was the project anyway?  I think I might like to do something like this.

Tonepad Pulsar. Big thanks to Oskar for helping me figure out the rate LED mod!

What exactly is the led rate mod?

yeah, but what did you change/add?

Here are a couple of my most recent builds...they're not pretty--I have the distortion circuits in the temporary test enclosures I use when I like a circuit enough for it to hit my pedalboard for awhile. If I like either of them enough, I'll rehouse them in something prettier  :icon_cool:

Modified Trotsky--no gain knob-I liked it at minimum. A 1n914 and a 1N34a diode for clipping

A Rust Driver with some cap subs (what I had on hand-- .068 instead of the .047)

Atari Punk Console. In a CD spindle case. I dig it. It'll go beside my cacophonator for live gigs.

Here's the chorus I just got working.  First pedal that's looked good enough to actually post a picture of!  Its also not a huge tangled mess of wires inside, but still lotsa room for improvement there.

I love the paramecium!

Actually, I think that is a Vibrio cholerae. Just like it says.    :)

Yup, thats V. Cholera.  I wanted a vibrato/chorus that was so warbly it made you feel sick and thought that it fit!

Paramecium don't have flagellum...and Vibrio don't have cilia...moreover, paramecium are eucaryote and vibrio (bacteria) are procaryote...so this is the missing link... ::)

Nice Chorus anyway!  ;)

I know, but the pedal i built does not boost...it just increases volume!

Marshall Bluesbreaker. I've been experimenting with various high-gloss ink-jet paper things this week and did this one using Office Depot Inkjet Window Decals (part # 212-881). The resulting finish is like a black piano--very black and very glossy. Not terribly hardy, but I think some clearcoat would solve that.

Happy 2009!

To paraphrase;
By "not hardy" do you mean they tear with the slightest nudge? I love the opaque color definition. Hell I thought
inkjet printers could never achieve this on decal paper. Thanks for the link/pt. # too! I must buy some Monday... ;)

Best wishes in the new year to a talented and very generous FX arbiter,

Marshall Guv'Nor clone. Bought it as a kit from GGG, really didnt like the kit. The layout of enclosure and PCB design made it so awkward to wire. So hard to keep things neat.
