The cutted potentiometer for bias is really a good trick!
It allows to set some minor adjustement without having to open the enclosure and play with trimpot for hours, I really like (and I am going to steal that idea

)

what i meant was that IF the enclosure was clear you WOULD BE ABLE see the pretty guts. IT IS in an aluminum enclosure, which IS NOT clear, making that IMPOSSIBLE. Have we sunk so low to assume a forum member with over a thousand posts doesn't know the difference between clear plastic and aluminum?

I left the wiring on this one a bit messy but I'll take that compliment Cozy! I'm not use to wires coming from the top, sides, and bottom of the board.
