I realized this morning that I haven't shared any pics of my stuff in this thread.  Here's something I built a long time ago, which is starting to show its wear.

The graphic was free-handed with a Sharpie and some paint markers.  I honestly had no idea what the final design was going to look like before I started drawing it on the pedal.  It would probably look crisper if I had clear coated it, but I kinda dig the rough vintage feel it has acquired.

This next one was done the same way, freehanded with paint marker with no preconceived design.

Finally Completed. My Beavis Audio Tube Cricket.
A few finishing touches needed - some feet & new knobs, better shielding for the box, and play around with different tubes I have (12AU7 & 12AT7).
The box was made by a friend. It's from a Tasmanian Myrtle Burl.
Soundwise, it's really cool. Nice grungy blues tones.
It's a good feeling getting a project out of the way!

Bruno you always have the coolest looking builds.  The polar opposite of "mass produced in China".  No idea where you score all the cool plates, I have a few from old equipment but none has been the right size to put on anything yet.

Thank you Duck! Haha, Screaming Gus was his choice. His name is Gustavo (We call him Gus) and he tried to do a allusion to Tube Screamer name.

Hey -ah Marcos! How are you? I am so sorry for delaying to reply, i have been very busy doing pedals these days. So, for the finishing i used metallic matte black paint and textured varnish.My secret is sandpaper it as well using sandpapers from 60 until 220. After prime, and sandpaper again, prime again, sandpaper again, and now i paint, label, varnish and polishing. In this special case i not polished. Thank you for appreciate my work!
