Finally got around to boxing a couple I've had lying around forever: Brontochorus (Small Clone clone in SMD) and Tidepool Tremolo (Shoot the Moon in SMD).

Recently completed a custom Shagpile for someone. He wanted top-mount jacks and feedback control on a double-tracker that usually only has 1 repeat. Turned out nice.

It's a heron! Long-standing joke, I once went to a fancy dress party as a heron, having no other ideas. When I recently asked a friend to design me some logos, he decided to implement it.

Made another one of these guys, Mesa Dual Rectifier preamp with 6N21B tubes:

Me again :P This is the same Dual Rectifier circuit as the other one I posted but with through-hole components instead of SMD, 12AX7 tubes instead of 6N21B, and a 1590BB instead of a 1590B. Also pictures were taken with a real camera instead of my phone. The enclosure was reclaimed from a previous failed project, so some engraved spots look dark grey, that's where the previous holes were filled with JB Weld :P

Indicator LEDs mounted under the tubes, partially to save space and partially because I love the look 8)

And here's the gutshot nobody asked for.

You filled the holes with JB Weld, then masked and etched?  This is, for instance, the upper right corner of your brand logo?
Wait, I forgot you have some CNC stuff, and I missed the word "engraved".  Never mind.   :icon_wink:

Nice work, as usual.

Yup, I only tried acid-engraving an enclosure once and it did not go well, I'm afraid I don't have the skill for it. All my stuff lately has been lasered 8) But yes, the top right corner of my logo and the middle part of the word "Gain" used to be holes for pots :P

Fair enough, I had a couple more I just finished (in the process of re-doing my personal pedalboard) but I'll hold off for a bit ;)

That Wrecking Ball is beautiful, for sure...but you must have really tiny fingers!
That's not a knob spacing I would *ever* countenance. I'd find the fiddly twiddling too much to take. Why make something so nice and then go and spoil the interface that you use all the time, just to save a little bit of space? But these are the judgements that make one person's perfect pedal another's board-space-hogging monstrosity, or vice versa! So with that said, I embrace the diversity of pedals in all shapes and sizes!

Haven't look in pics for ages.  Looks nice.
Good to see you got those trouble making rings to work.

I'm assuming you're referring to the 1590B version? First of all I do have pretty small fingers :P But also you don't really need to get two fingers around it, the knobs are knurled so that you can get friction to turn it with a single finger. Also if you let the tubes warm up a bit the lubricant on the pots warms up and they turn really easy :P
