Yes, well breadboard and my Pj pants were complimented! There is this video from the breadboard, using CV to twist knobs, in short bits.

I feel making the input buffer into a distortion + with an option to mix some into the output would give a less chop glitch option, but I've found a rangemaster before does quite a bit - no videos on that yet

I've been wondering, how is solderable bb? I mean compared to Vero...

Yes, jumpers on the back side.
I made my own layout.
Like it because it looks neat.
Yes, it could be made much smaller using other options.
But I like this.
I will never drag solder to make connections.

I think it looks great, and may be a better option than Vero with it's thin copper, vias and jumpers seems much better

The pots are mounted to the board so they take up 9 rows.
Is there a better layout, probably.
I haven't tried to cut a "row" like on strip board.
Never used any other type of board.
Make all my own layouts on cad and quadruple check on paper.
Then with dmm on the jumpers.

I just completed this DIY Foxx Tone Machine.

Acrylic tops with abalone inlay. (Sustainable from New Zealand)
A few Fish and 280 Hfe transistors.
As Mark Hammer has suggested:
R7 and R8 are matched.
D1 and D2 are BAT41 and also matched.
R9 and R10 selected within 1%.
D3 and D4 are stock 1N34A I bought at RS in the 80's.
(470R connected from them to ground)
Great sounding, the controls work well.
Tone is what I consider backwards but works well. Edit, probably is correct.
Sustain adds lots of Volume which is controllable with the Level.
Octave is impressive, you have two effects in one box with infinite sounds.

Yes, this is the mode of the second transistor, which can be visually observed, which means it can be set accurately and quickly.

Hey Paul, What sort of laser cutter do you use to get those results ? and what would the minimum laser cutter requirement be for same results ? Looks a handy tool, just for making acrylic templates, shore would beat the router method I have been using, if it weren't too expensive.

The laser is 40 watts and can cut 10mm acrylic in a single pass at slow speed and max power. The acrylic I am cutting here is 3mm thick. Laser prices have come down. This 2005 Epilog Mini was rather expensive. Completely enclosed, air cooled, focus, cutting grid, etc. 25 watts would work, but it is the machine quality not the power that cost. I have paid for the machine long time ago with jobs.

That, my friend, is a work of art. Love the attention to detail. Orange tree branches to the controls, the acrylic, etc, etc.

Working on a Tremolo build, here is a ~5 min video of making the top.

Incredible, I love seeing new methods for finishing (my absolute least favorite part of pedal building).

I recently used a sticker, something i've never tried before. I only mention it because the method is a similar single-media simply placed on top. Makes a lot of sense with all the custom, durable, vinyl sticker options these days.

However, the application is still difficult with stickers, especially centering. The plate is nice because its fastened with screws.
