yup that was her but, it's a paint pen for what it's worth.

:icon_redface: My bad... It looked cool regardless.

no harm, it does look like a sharpie but, costs a lot more.

I just started using those Sharpie paint markers that, I believe, Mark Hammer suggested (obviously, my memory stinks lol). They take a bit to get used to, but it's nice for lettering and stuff.

that's what i'm trying to do with my girlfriend but, she gets too nervous about messing up. so she doesn't have any fun doing it even though she's been doing these really cool doodles for years. though i think she is starting to understand that i'll like almost anything she does.
tell her the stompbox medium is great for art because it gets it out there..and provide some boxes to practice on, perhaps some cardboard ones prepared with grey primer and sanded...old stompbox boxes maybe.
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

well she got to redo the one i messed up yesterday and it came out way better. they aren't perfect in that there are little wiggles and blobs here and there but, that's what i want. either way i think she was happier with the second version so i'll take that as a good thing.

i'll have to give her a little time off before i ask her to do anymore. i don't want to over work her at least not yet.

Weird.  They show up if I click on the links, but not if I embed the link between the "image" parentheses.

Been a while since I've posted anything... here's a 4 knob bass fuzz that I built for myself, as I'm going to be playing bass in a new project. Sounds awesome. I used the Beavis Box-in-a-Day method for clearcoating. I think I prefer it to spray clears....
