Really nice job SonicVI, very clean, beautiful sparkle finish with these marshall knobs.

Do you plan to upload any soundclip?

Thanks.  I think there are some Jumbo Tone Bender videos on youtube.  It's the same circuit that Colorsound uses in their current silver Tone Bender reissue.

foxfire

can anyone guess what this might be? my wife's name is Julia (oh so close) so how cute is that?

also want to know... what did you use here? decals? or silkscreened?

Renegadrian

Just decal, and about 7 layers of clear coat.

Valoosj

Bean, did you use 1 big decal or several smaller ones?

You squeezed it into a 1590A - you insane fool!  :icon_mrgreen:

Well this... this is just silly... this can't fit in a 1590B... can it? And you're not even using SMD you mad man!

My (Sans)Tweed Deluxe. I don't claim to be a woodworker (see John Lyons if you want nice woodworking skills), but I'm fairly happy with how this turned out. I did the natural wood finish to save money. It's Aspen pine with a tung oil finish. Turned out OK and was a good learning experience for future woodworking attempts.

If it ain't broke...   ...it will be soon.

That is awesome! Now I know what I'm doing next. My Drink-Me Compressor!

SonicVI

My new Neovibe build. It's vibin' away nicely but needs some tweaking still.

Not exactly a pedal, but I like to show off. Here is my first venture into high-voltage tube stuff. High Octane from AX84.

Pretty happy with the externals. Got to find some miniature chickenheads, though.

Messy, as always.....

I used one large decal and hit it with light coats until the edges disappeared. When each coat dried, I polished it with a cotton t-shirt, which has just enough abrasiveness to smooth it out, but not so much that it scratches.

That looks great Ahren, you wouldn't want to hide it under some old tweed! Anybody that can pull off half-blind dovetails has loads of woodworking skills!
How did you do your label/emblem and any problems stretching the cane grill?

Take care
