Forcedfire's Magnus Modulus.

Sorry to qoute this picture again, but how do you keep the wires so smooth and "flowing"??  :o
Very nice!

My wiring always ends up with kinks everywhere and either too long or too short lol  :-[

Do you use a certain type of wire or something? or practise makes perfect?

It helps to use an untinned wire that wont kink on you easily. The other thing is that I put the board in place and hold the wire in place to see how long it needs to be before I cut it. That means its the right length for how I want to rout it once its attached to the board. Practice does make perfect too. You just have to keep working on your wiring technique and eventually it becomes second nature. Planning is really key though.

Hey Marc, cool stuff! By the way, where I can get those knobs.... I'm sick of the shallow ones I've been using.

Machine -> Maestro FZ-1S clone.
The foot-switch in the middle switches the Maestro's tone, and the toggle leads SHO out of the Machine clone.
Pretty nasty fuzz box :)

Real nice! Clean, simple, and well built. I like it.

Excuse me for not posting a stompbox.... but it is my new lovely guitar, a Taylor T5 C2 Koa. Absolutely fantastic tone and looks (to me at least). I just have to share it (uhm, the pics that is... :D :D )

(higher res)

to do:

-finish is too lumpy. won't be as bad for batches.
-white LED won't be as bright, or won't be white
-optmimize PCB to make smaller
-figure out how to mount the damn display easily
-add more UFOs, monsters, clouds, stars, crap to design
-possibly find better jacks, though I'm "told" these are heavy-duty
-debug

video + more info will come over the next few days.

Wow! What is it? And it sort of looks like the white LED is shining through the enclosure, which would be very interesting.

Hey my guess is it's sheet plexiglass that has been heated in an oven then put over a form.

Do I win a prize if I'm right??

cloudscapes, whenever I browse this thread I can tell when an effect is one of yours before I read who posted the picture.  I think it's cool that you've found a visual style that's distinct for your effects and that you've stuck to it.
