Here's my first real stomper box. Since I seen that quite a few let their wives paint one, I let my wife paint/design the first one. Being that Hawaii's area code is 808, she thought a beach ocean theme appropriate.

Are you planning to connect the 9 V adapter to your circuit? If so, how do you prevent the adapter jack to short?

I love those small 9 V jacks, easier to drill, but i can only use them with plastic enclosures???

Any infos would be much appreciated  :)

I'd like to know too. I'm planning on using one for a valvecaster and I'd like to know whether any feasible solutions to the shorting problem.

Provided you're gentle with your dc jack plugging and unplugging, you can use a rubber grommet and push the jack into that minus the nut. It stays in there fairly well unless you're careless (or drunk at a gig) when plugging it in

I am in love with this Deluxe Reverb. Can't stop playing it since I finished it.

That's a fantastic looking amp Chris.
The guts are really nice and clean (you should see the insides of my AC4.  ;D

How's the cleans on that amp? As I recall the deluxe reverbs were famous for their cleans.
Always wanted to try one.
To those about to rock, we salute you.

Thanks!

The cleans are so amazing, so fantastic. Amp is really veristile and dynamic, can get a tone of tones using the guitars volume and tone. The distorted tone is nuts too, so smooth and creamy. I did a few tweaks here and there to help the tone, spend the last month tweaking the tone so it was just right for me. The reverb is to die for, so lush.

Hopefully online!  :icon_biggrin:

I did try to do swirls by old fashion way, but all I got was a huge mess and colorful fingertips.  :D
So I tried reverse etching and at least I'm happy with the results  :)

Beautiful.

Not a stompbox, although you can plug a guitar into it if you want  :icon_twisted:

It's a Lunetta, basically the big brother of things like the Atari Punk Console or WSG. Great fun and you can actually make them sound pretty musical if you want or you can just make noises that will make your brain escape out your ears :)
