Thanks guys  ;D. It's all because of the "Rotation" pot. What does that do, exactly? This way, I'll always know  ::).

I find it funny how I can have close to 1000 components, yet I never seem to have enough parts to make a project. :icon_eek:

Nice stuff, is the compressor the Byoc 5 knob comp?

Yep! And the Gary Boy OC75 is the BYOC E.S.V. Tone Bender MKII.

Great work controller. All of them have their merits, but the Fuzz Factory in particular made me smile.

How did you do the white on dark lettering on the BUZZAROUND?

Well, the Fuzz Factories look familiar, yes  ;D

The lettering on the Buzzaround is golden, and I get my decals from a professional printshop. This Guy can print gold (buzzaround) and silver (overdriver) as real metallic colors with a transfer laser printer. Impossible to do that at home. Second reason is that his waterslide foils are the thinest I´ve ever seen.

First tube project!!!

May as well keep the run of tube projects on this page going...

Single channel Alembic F-2B bass preamp (basically a blackface Fender preamp with minor tweaks) and general purpose high voltage bench supply for small valve projects

Power supply is two 30V transformers in series into a voltage quadrupler, 100uF filter cap, 17H choke another 100uF cap and a few more RC networks. 3 diffferent B+ nodes are available via the 5 pin connector, as well as enough regulated DC heater supply for 4 preamp valves. The B+ supply is the same design used on a popular budget 2xEL84 amp here in Australia, so there is plenty of current available.
No starved plates here; the B+ in the preamp is 385volts.

The tube projects just keep coming.  Here is my latest build (not a stompbox, but it originated and got developed here).  The thread here about it is here http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=75435.0
