Here are a bunch of recently completed projects!

This one is pretty obvious as to what it is. I had some help debugging from fellow forumites - thanks to one and all, especially Petemoore. It sounds really, really good to me. It's quickly joined my board. I think I'll build the mosfet version one day and then A/B them to see how they compare. That will be a great topic for discussion I think.

And the Guts.

I'm most proud of this one - BYOC makes it easy to do though. The Analog Delay is a crazy project - check out the guts shot to see the level of complexity and the parts count. However, I wired this one up today, and it fired right up! No debugging whatsover!!!! Unreal.

And the Guts.

I have some more recent finishes that I'll post when I have the pictures up on imageshack.

My Boogeyman with the new knobs, 100% finished:

Now it IS pretty close to the original Mark II design  ;)

Beros

I like cloth. It's an overdrive with NOS germanium diodes and oversized caps and resistors.. 600V for a 9V circut. ;D

You never know when you might want to add 66 more batteries to it!!!

I just finished my BYOC Phase Royal.  It was the smoothest build yet, and it operated just perfect after plugging it in & adjusting the trim pot.  In the lounge I will post sounds clips/ vid...

I always wanted to build a fuzz factory and then I remembered that big box of parts an old engineer gave me one day.
Chassis, transformer, tag strips, film cap, big-ass green light and transistors came from that box. Wire came from my friend R-Dub.
All the rest came out of my parts bins - I have too many parts!

Mojo up the wazoo! I'm getting dead quiet 9.35V from the 6.3V transformer.

Q1 is a 2N1973 w/ 158 hfe, Q2 is 2SA77 @ 60 hfe, Q3 is 2SB516 @ 103 hfe.
The germs are a little low gain but in this circuit it doesn't matter!
I'll probably tear this up and build an amp in it - one day - but for now it is a fun little distraction....
ok,

My new -Version B- Dr. Boogey

It features an on/off/on switch that changes the input capacitor value between 0,33uf/none/22uf for that Raw/Vintage/Modern effect, as well as a DPDT switch that reduces the value of the Gain pot from 1M to approx. 200k

All in all, a relatively successful build (ok, i'm a little dissatisfied with the 'A/B Channel' effect but i might process it further). Also, after looking at these pics i think i'll eventually go with black knobs on this one :-)

ps. I'm feeling soooo 'small' after browsing over hunderds of pages in this thread  ;)
