Rick, if you ever get time (yeah, I know :icon_rolleyes:), could you be persuaded to do a perf tutorial?  I will send you flowers.

Yes! please :P

Hi

Some times things don't work out as planed. This time was such a time. The white colour did not agree with the top coat. The full face water slide decal saved the top so I decided to let it be this way. After all it's a Booster and it sure will crack up your tube amp big time. So let's use the paint as a statement for what it does. Or am I just lazy and inventing excuses for not sanding it down and start from the beginning.  :D Never the less it sounds grate and it is really transparent in the signal. The mid boost gives it a 70:s Queen HB sort of sound.

You and your (beauty) solderings...  :icon_evil:

Perfect perf is good but better safe then Solder. I'm getting older and the solder getting colder as I'm leaning on your shoulder.
Agent Molder did he solder or was he just another bolder.
Is this your turf to perfect perf or is that just what you told her.

Beautiful :icon_surprised:

StereoKills

Very nice for sure,
but haiku is five, seven,
and five syllables.

Awesome poem though!

Whale oil beef hooked. You're right.

Although dictionary.com lists the only pronunciation as "sodder", according to m-w.com, British English speakers (and presumably other Europeans who learn British English) pronounce it phonetically. Learn something new every day.

Hupla

I really dont mean to offend anyone but my god pronouncing it "sodder" really annoys me haha Dont know why :)

From my understanding, the pronunciation "sodder" means something completely different in the UK.....:)

Okay, will do!

One more question....Are those transistor looking things with what appear to be heatsinks FETs being used as diodes?
