Guy, we're in 2010 , who needs to use battery !?  ::) ;D

When I grab some pedals quickly to go jam or what not the last thing I want to remember is bringing something extra. I have a nice DC supply I built but batteries are great for their convenience and portability.

And yes I do recycle them. ;)

It´s good to have the option to use a battery, for example in a recording situation.

I concur that it's good to have as a back up.  I've played shows before in venues that have horrendously dirty power and by pulling out the power jack and forcing my pedals to go on battery actually helped a lot with eliminating some of the hum.  That's why I run an additional power lead from the power jack to the ring of the output jack.  That way the pedal won't suck battery juice when it's not in the effects chain, even if it gets left on or turned on accidentally, and it will only use the battery if there is no power coming from my pedal board power supply.  I've only had to use the batteries a few times, so, even though my board has several effects on it, I only have to replace about 3 batteries per year.

And yes... I do recycle them.   8)

Beautiful paint and graphic as always.

What sort of camera are you using to take those photos?

that's brilliant!

what (for lack of a proper word) "plugs" are those?
are they hard to do or do you just solder and heatshrink them?

StereoKills

They look like they might be crimped on?

It could be done with a series of off-camera mirrors.  :icon_cool:
