Nice guts! Nice smooth wire routing there mugshot.

Here's my newest.
Custom "Zippy" Wedge box and custom paint.

I copper plated the screws (will turn darker) aged the switch
and jack hardware as well as the jewel mount.
The knobs are RCA replicas that were cut down in diameter
and textured to match the box texture.

Two posts in as many days! Whew!

These are 2 of 3 from 2 sets of guitar pedals I'm building to sell. So to clairfy, that's 6 pedals, 2 sets of 3 different types, and these are just 2 of the 3 different types... The third is a compressor I don't have all the parts for yet.

Anyway, finished the boosters today and thought I'd post pics.

I love the nice clean look of these! Could you share how you make your face labels? Looks fantastic!

John, your turnover and build quality is phenomenal do you do this for a living or (if its not to rude to ask) or just as a hobby/aid to primary income?

Thanks! I have a few things I do for "work", this is one of them.
I have about 15 pedals I'm building at the moment. All different.

That has a very cool look to it. Where did you get the enclosure?

Madbean's pork barrel circuit really awesome!

Vibe: This removes the direct signal from the audio path and leaves only the modulation creating a vibrato effect.
Wet: This increases bass response in the modulation for use with bass guitar.
Deep: This adds a slightly larger depth of modulation.

I decided to mount the switches on the top to avoid them getting kicked. The fit is a little tight but it worked out. I will post a video when I get a chance later on tonight.

I put a little BOSS ce-2 love in there with the paint color, the knobs, the arrows, and the dots.

okay I swear I am done for the day.

I made a dual gain red llama/tubesound fuzz using madbean's snarkdoodle layout. The 3pdt switches between two different gain knobs. I was really worried that you would hear a pop or a gap when switching between the two different gains but you don't this trick worked great. I saw somebody do this with a dr. boogie to make a dual channel so I tried it with this and worked out great.

the artwork is all from dog day afternoon. I was wanting to use regular black (fulltone) style knobs but I am out so I just threw some chrome domes on there, but they look really cool with the halftone deniro kind of matching the knurled knobs. I still might switch back just so it's easier to see where the knobs are set to.

How did you get this brown tolex look?

It's wrinkle brown powder coating.
I have a Cream that's nice as well.
