Not a stompbox, but an effect nonetheless. ReVibe (tube reverb and tremolo):
Gutshots are mandatory for such nice builds.

It's the law, man. Gotta do it  ;D

Cool build man. How do the comps 'comp'are?!??? (smile)

But seriously. That's neat. I like the metal can 3080, and I'm really interested in the flatline in comparison to the Ross, because I really like the ross but have been interested in trying an optical style compressor to see if I like it more.

Yeah, we need a demo, it's the second law! ;D
Awesome build, Rick, those guts look pretty neat... and the caps are like candies.

Pigyboy

Looks great as always Rick.  :icon_wink:
And you'll have to admit, I'll be rich as shit
I'll just sit and grin, the money will roll right in....

Mjöllnir simply means "crusher", referring to its pulverizing effect.
I have made a bunch of pedals with viking/norse artwork.

I'm guessing it's cause a few of those old effects, like the Fuzz Face for example, had the In and Out on the "wrong" sides.
Big Muff, Trotsky Drive, Little Angel, Valvecaster, Whisker Biscuit, Smash Drive, Green Ringer, Fuzz Face, Rangemaster, LPB1, Bazz Fuss/Buzz Box, Radioshack Fuzz, Blue Box, Fuzzrite, Tonepad Wah, EH Pulsar, NPN Tonebender, Torn's Peaker...

peps1

Yep, was going for the vintage feel with the In/Out, even distressed the box a little to give it the look of some age.

Hides-His-Eyes

There are some 'vintage' features that to me were changed with good reason...

I'd just end up with the damn thing upside down! Or I'd end up tripping over my bloody cable.

I've never seen a lefty guitarist trip over a cable...

after making a few bass rats with just increasing the input cap I wanted to try to get MORE bass so I increased the input cap to 470nF and doubled the electrolytics in the feedback loop, I also double the output cap. It's a little late but hopefully tomorrow I can crank it and run it side by side with a regular rat. so far at quiet volumes it seems to have a good bass response.
