Ross compressor with wet/dry blend courtesy of Processaurus (who was very helpful and patient with me) http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=40292.0 and the janglebox mod on back.

Rectangular hole! That deserves props all by itself.

Yet another compressor!
Some shots from the bench, the work is still in progress. This is my take on using the TDA7052A chip as a VCA in compressor pedal. Inspired by the Elektor article, however, the only one common thing is the use of TDA chip, i've designed it from scratch. Thanks to the input level regulator the pedal works very nice with many instruments, tried it with guitar (single coils & hot humbuckers) and a bass with passive electronics. The pcb is actually a single layer one, i have plenty of doule sided leftovers from other projects which i wanted to use. The top layer is just a ground plane with a few jumpers.
I'll post full details on this project later, when i'm back from my incoming trip.

Thank you! It's just a clone build on a pre-etched board I got from Madbean though.

Quotethat honeybee looks so great! love the yellow wire to match!

Thanks! I think I stole the matching wire idea from someone else who posts on here (John Lyons maybe?). I got the 50' wire sampler from SmallBear and there's enough of each color to do a little more than 1 pedal.

pete27

nice, i might have to also steal that idea ;)

ive also built that yellow shark board, its a real nice overdrive.

here is my yellow shark (the gold pedal), along with a slow loris build (the silver one):

May I ask where you got the PCB for that?
Try a little tenderness.
