Hi - Yes, very good black plus wood "MOOG" look - but what's the (less nice) lateral white plastic cover for ? Tube removal ?
Is it an HV pedal ?

I probably have displayed it before, but it's again the "tube" occasion : my HCTO compact tube overdrive/booster (250 plate voltage) :

A+!
I apologize for my approximative english writing and understanding !

Firmware still needs work, so no video until next month. Hardware seems to work okay, except I have a short or loose connection somewhere. If I hit the thing hard enough (or stomp on it) it sometimes flickers or resets completely (momentary loss of power).

I see you went with the rotary enconders, nice work! And i love the artwork, and that it's in the same line as your previous pedals.

Where do you get the pcb made? And why do you use such tall enclosures?

The rotary encoders are really shining in something as programmable as this! Now that I've tried it, I couldn't have it any other way for this design. The encoders will stay!

PCB is from BatchPCB. The PCBs themselves are great but I recently had some shipping/communication issues with them, so I'll probably go back to futurlec, even though it takes much longer.

The tall enclosure is so that the 3 jacks could fit. There was simply no leftover room with an "ordinary" enclosure, and I'd rather not fatten pedals on the sides. The enclosure is "too tall", still, but there's no available middle ground between it and the regular boxes.

Here's the guts of a (close to) Lovepedal Eternity / Tube Screamer Variant that's going out to a customer.  Still trying to get the wiring as clean as Mr. Lyons.   :D  This is the first time I've tried that "under-the-board wiring" that all you youngsters are so good at.  :icon_lol:  I've got to say I like it as it sure makes it cleaner and gives the wire some nice stress relief.

Some more going out to that customer.  Picture is kinda yellow due to being on the wood table.  L - R:  LPB, Orange Squeezer, Tube Screamer thingy (above), Sparkle Boost.

What's that across the bypass jumper path of the 3PDT at the bottom?

Thanks for linking that Taylor.  :)  They're not as uncommon as one would think.  They're in every GCB-95 I've ever seen.   ;)

Personally, I prefer using the Zero Ohm for the 3PDT instead of wire because it's easy to route and looks tidy.  I can also be sure it won't touch the center lug.  It's just a preference.  Certainly not because I think it "looks cool."

...Also that thing on the LPB above, that's called a Bieber.  I thought that thing looked like its face should be stepped on, so I put it on a stomp box.

Nice! Is the transformer shielded by a piece of a sheet metal (bottom and the right side)?

386?...

Nope!

I don't like FETS or distortions based on 386.
It's just OPAMPS , calculation and some sweat, blood and tears.

yep agree the 386 can be a bit of a bugger when it comes to sustain/fizzle....
