Just out of curiosity, how many watts is your laser engraver?

bbf3

Hi everyone! I just got into the diy scene about 3 months ago and I think I'm addicted. This forum has been very helpful and this particular thread has been a huge inspiration. Here are my first builds, starting with the very first - a Fuzz Factory (Orgasmic Fuzz)

then came a ProCo Rat (La Rata)

a Tremulus Lune (Tremulus Muse)

a Tube Screamer TS808 (Ruined Machine)

a Ross Compressor (Pshychic Squeezer)

an MXR Microamp (Ghost Booster)

and at last an Echo Base Delay (Echos From Outer Space)

Thanks everyone for the magnificent pieces of art you have shared here. Keep them coming!

Best regards,

Jorge

Cool graphics BBF3! Dig the GY!BE references.

Though one of them is a little NSFW for those that are concerned about that - the rule in the past has been to post a link to NSFW images rather than post the image directly. It's not something that bothers me personally but there were some strong feelings about it in the past.

Keep up the good work.

25W, which is the minimum. For that effect it was two passes at 40% speed and 100% power. I don't really need anymore power unless I'm cutting acrylic or something, then it would be nice to speed things up a bit. Cleaning my mirrors regularly would help a lot too!

those look so neat!! congratz!
did you use OC75s for your MKI clone or did you use replacement such as AC125 / 126 / 128 ? (and if you used OC75s, did you try any other Ge transistors?)
