Can anybody link to build info for wooly mammoth? I just made our bass player a ROG Ginger and it is not fuzzy enough. Apparently I suck at searching today...
vero here...

Nice one there Slade. Is that reversed (inverted) etch?

My latest, but not best build - An Echo Base:

The enclosure was built from scrap. Managed to mess up the paint job a bit when assembling >:(. Added all mods I could find and got sloppy, so the inside is... I could show you a gut shot, but then I would have to kill you.

It sounds very nice though - thanks Slacker!

Hi all,
ok after a few months of sourcing components, building, debuging, calibrating etc, my moosapotamus MN3007 based A/DA flanger is finally finished, and it sounds sweet.
And yes, I built it on veroboard, thanks to Harald from sabrotone. I won't ever attempt anything this complex on vero again, it's just too painful and prone to errors.

Whoa! That came out really nice! I feel your pain on the large vero builds, they are hell to debug.

Phase 45 with phase/vibe switch, rate LED and 'depth' control.

Worked off of IR French's vero, sunshine yellow paint and stick on lettering.

Why should you not have 90o angles? Do the electrons bunch up in the corners?

I really like this! I'd love to have one of those enclosures  ;)

Silicon Fuzz Face Clone in there.  It was my first attempt at etching the case, which came out okay, but not nearly as clean as I had hoped.  But, hey, it's a fuzz pedal, so it's okay to be rough around the edges.

^^^^ Fits perfectly, I'd say. :icon_biggrin:

Cool shattered effect!

Fernando... you should've got intricate and hollowed out that cursor... stuff a rectangle Green LED in there and a blinker circuit.

Dig it!  :icon_biggrin:
Give a man Fuzz, and he'll jam for a day... teach a man how to make a Fuzz and he'll never jam again!

What color is that LED Fernando?

@Earthscum That's the concept, exactly... it only lacks the rectangle blinking led :icon_lol:

Sigh, we've all got to build at least one eventually ... a Klon. GuitarPCB's board. It sounds okay with the drive below half and the treble at 2:00-4:00, but otherwise it's too dark for my tastes. I might change my mind after hearing it through a cranked amp, but it's not going to end up on my board anytime soon.

Can this be bought somewhere?

I thought the website address on the adapter would have been enough being subtle and all ( :) ) but as puretube more directly pointed out is availible at the our store.

Please get a european/german distributor for that thing quick! Maybe thomann.de or musik-produktiv.de...

We are open to international dealers. We do ship worldwide as well.

Erm. don't you have to mod the guitar for the tone/volume control, plus jack socket  ???

As pointed you don't have to mod the guitar. You can run the cable out the hole and add a jack and/or controls. Many acoustic pickup manufactures do this with their drop in pickups. If you want to mod your guitar you can decide how you want your guitar to change. You are not forced into a particular mod arrangement. Many guitarists go the end pin jack route tough.

I do have an control box that attaches to the end pin jack providing controls and a connection jack heading out the back which is nice. It has a guide/clamp that keeps it from rotating and the controls stick out the front so its easy to reach but it doesn't interfere with the strap.
