Madbean Nautilus with a couple minor mods, for a customer in France:

The Nautilus is actually white with a silver underbelly, but its body looks entirely white in the photo. I never claimed to be a photographer. The lettering is all metalic, and the ghostly waves were done by smearing silver paint with a tissue, then blurring the edges with paint thinner. When the paint thinner goes on, the base silver stays rubbed into the matte black finish, and some silver sparkle bits float around, so you get just some glitter outside of the smudges. (This is similar to how I did the nebula art on my Multiplex, except that was with non-metalic paints.)

What opto's are in your Nautilus? Are those the Molex (?) vactrol work-alikes from Smallbear? Just ordered one to try out.

I was renting a movie at 1:00am and was being scoped out by two thugs in all black with hoodies. I just pulled up my shirt and put my hand on it. They promply left me the @#$% alone. I pray I never have to use it, its just something I don't want to live with. But I will always choose my life over a criminal's.
oh right I see, I was going ask why you carry stomp boxes in your pants but then it hit me what you were talking about. I am no longer confused, no merely amused at myself.

:icon_mrgreen: :icon_mrgreen: :icon_mrgreen:

Oh that gave me a laugh.

I hope that wasn't a Super Hard On you were going to pull out, Mike!   ;D   (I know, I know.  Getting coat...)

Macron. And yup -- they're perfect. The silonex 32R3 works, too, and others have used VTL5C1s as well.

It's okay, man, we all understand obsession, even when It's not our cup of tea.

Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go make a cup of tea.

Just got some Marty Robbins today! There's a great instrumental version of Big Iron played by Scotty Anderson somewhere on Youtube.
Nice pedal btw

How can you go wrong with an album called "Gunfighter Ballads"?

Can anyone identify the slanted enclosure here? Where can I get one, or sim.?
[/quote]

They are also available in Europe at Newtone.
http://www.newtone-online.nl/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=21&products_id=1419

I used one to make this thing;

I really like the measurements (you can put stereo in/out +effects loop jacks at the back without a problem) but im a bit worried about it's durability.
It's quite thin aluminium, and the top fits between the sides instead of resting on top of it, so I'm a little worried the nuts will get loose after time like the old EHX boxed do.
And in the worst case scenario, if you lose your balance and step on it with all your weight I fear it's even possible to crush the whole enclose.
