Guts of another pedalboard/multieffects I'm building for a friend.
From L to R, booster LPB-1, compressor DynaComp, chorus the great Little Angel, echo the also great Rebote, TS, crunchbox.
In front 9v regulator.

So classic clones and "classic" DIY....

Also added a blend circuit. Signal goes input ->blender, blender send ->compr->TS->crunch->echo-> chorus-> blender return-> out ->booster->out, blender is controlled by an ex volume pedal modded on purpose.

Ciao

Well.. I removed the light bulb and the socket (holding the light bulb) from the jewel light and just glued a regular 5mm led bezel inside the jewel light. It actually fits quite nicely and you can set the height of the led bezel by adjusting the nut before gluing.

Cheap and easy way of mounting a jewel light:

I used this: http://www.banzaimusic.com/Jewel-Full-Assembly-Red.html
and a 10mm LED, fixed with hot glue.

Thanks guys! :)

love how this thing sounds!

had a hard time getting a picture with the knobs lit up and the right color, oh well, I guess that's why they call it a phone.  ;D

fun with the dremel, again hard to get a pic of it. looks more swirly and polished than here:

Thanks for the kind words D'Astro. Those LED pots are a pain but I love them so...

Has anyone ever broken one of those clear shaft pots during 'regular' use? I've only been using them about a year.

I've build this one about a year ago. It was built in a hurry, hours before band-practice and I never got to rehouse it.
Sound-wise it's my favorite treble-booster build so far so I think I'll just keep it as it is.
It has a 0.01uF input cap and I ditched the boost-knop and effects bypass.
This is the most basic I've ever gone.

Awesome!

I built a stutter box that fit onto the strap in this manner a while back for the kids at church to mess with. Worked out great, and far better than modding the guitar since you can just unplug it right? :D

Ill be surprised if there are no digital entries in the 10 year comp.

Should see a few there.  ;)

I've never built a digital pedal before,. don't think I can make it before we get to page 1102...

@Ghostsauce; Indeed :) I did it to minimize cable-length between guitar and booster.
Been thinking about putting it in the guitar but couldn't figure out where to put the battery.
An added benefit is that a metal box on your guitar-strap helps with getting that relic-finish on your guitar more quickly :P

My latest. Spitfire by Deadastronaut. Really nice pedal. Design matches my recent set.
