Wow there's been so many beautiful builds lately! Inspiring!

I haven't had much time to build lately , But I have slowly been putting together an orange squeezer in a 1590a for an old friend of mine. His old Ibanez cp9 died on him and he's been without a comp for over a  year.

I used some green to gold color changing paint on this one. It changes depending on the angle of light hitting it.  I have some new stuff (paints/pigments) I'm experimenting with I can't wait to show you guys!

Thanks Greg!  I did a few layouts in pcb express and then changed my mind at the last minute and used this layout I found surfing the net.

http://solderman.fatabur.se/Zingo/Zingo_Layout.pdf

All I did to the pcb to modify it was cut it down a little to fit my drilling a bit better and subbed a resistor value. It called for a 10KA pot I used a B. I gotta say I love the sound of these orange squeezers this one really turned out great in the tone category!

I'm curious, too. I have one like that done by John Lyons, and it's a ridiculously cool paint job.

Bee Baa variation. Changed the midscoop to the one in the FY2 and put it on a 5K trimmer. Left out the boost function and put scoop and normal tone on a footswitch. There's some noise when the circuit is on like an amp turned up really loud when nothing is being play so I put one of the optional b to c caps on a toggle which tames this but lessens the crispyness of the fuzz. Sounds much better without the cap.

Here is a fine Hamlet delay from Midwayfair's private collection. It is a fine 2013 delay wired with tails.  Voltage biased to exactly 10.5 with a slight tweak to the treble side and and a scoshe volume added. This is an excellent enviro job with no bubbles and only a slight blemish on the bottom right. Tayda has these ultra cool UV LEDs that I thoroughly enjoy also, It is slightly hidden neath the top two knobs which are Marshall clones also from Tayda.

Hey thanks guys ! :D

The paint I used is actually for RC car bodys its from a company called Spaz Stix and I used an airbrush to apply it. It really looks solid gold from one angle and that green gold sparkel from another . Pretty cool stuff!

It goes on pretty good even though its made for lexan bodys.

After looking around I believe some other companys make some paint that works the same but a different base so it would probably go on even better.

They are the Createx Auto Air Flair color shift paints

Just finished this baby :)

It's a clone of a D*A*M Sonic Titan. This was, originally, my first enclosed project - a Silcon FF, though I got tired of it and turned it into what it is now.

I like the emo screamer, maybe you should build a screamo too.  I'm not sure what kind of pedal that would be.

THOMMO

Here's a few I finished off recently.
Chorus(CE-2) with three position depth switch. This one sounds awesome!!

Catalinbread Formula No.5

Death By Audio Supersonic Fuzz Gun. Probably my first and last DBA circuit! Whatever these guys do is hard to replicate 100%!! Listening to demos I think this one is around 85-90% on the original. I was going to sell it but after playing it for a while, I think it's a really great sounding pedal. Into the collection it goes!! :)

With battery

Cheers, Thommo.
