Timmy!

Didn't sand well enough so the press n peel ended up with grooves. Kind of liked the antique look, so I etched it anyways.

Andrew.

If the grooves didn't stop in a straight line at the bottom and when it gets to the knobs I would have thought they were part of the design, I think it looks ace personally!

Loving the jacks/switching board too. I use the same bypass, it's ace isn't it!!

I'm searching the nets like mad trying to find that bypass, what is it?  It looks super slick!

davent

Looks like it could be Mictesters switching scheme from that forum that has no name. Google Mictesters Switching Scheme and you will be rewarded.

davent is correct.  The relay bypass is mictester's from the other stompbox forum. I made up a board in eagle and use OHS park to get them fabbed. I still have a few things to I want to improve for the layout.

I get my enclosures CNC'd by The Tone God - I hate drilling so I have laid out my own "standard"  three and four knob enclosures. I taped off the holes before etching, which is why the lines end. I should have taped the backside and painted the inside of the holes - next time I guess.

Here is the link for the enclosures machining if anyone is interested. http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=96036.0

If you do a demo video it would be a crime if you didn't play 'Its Hip to be Square'

Awesome looking pedal and cool theme.  8)

I had a really fun time building this one. On my trip to Tuscaloosa I took an enclosure with and peppered it with about 20 rounds of birdshot. ;D
It is a Thor modified V1.2 from THcustoms. I really like the thought he put in to where to place the wiring pads. It made it easy to do a neat wiring job. And boy does it sound beasty.
I used 4 of the 20 gauge shells that I shot it with to make knobs by pressing out the primers on my reloading press. And I used some .22LR casings to cover the toggles. One is a Federal stamped with an 'F' for fat and one is a CCI marked with a 'C' for channel.

John Lyons wishes he could hammer tone like me :icon_mrgreen: :icon_razz:

HYSM - Love the birdshot enclosure.  The whole build looks great (and different than the usual fair).

John Lyons - That is beautiful.

Made myself a new breadboard rig (finally)

The lettering washed out a bit in the sun.  It's better in person (the side shots show a bit more what it really looks like).
