First post here, lots of posts over at MBP though :)

Done one or two pedals... just a couple ;) I should still have gutshots of these somewhere. (Mr Futs is the String Ringer v1.3, Mr Nucking Futs.)

The ?Flange is the one that gets the most use (with the Dirtbag Deluxe in the FX loop), along with the Doppelganger phaser.

MADBEAN LOWRIDER

So here is my completed lowrider, sounds great so far on bass. No mods built completely to specs. For some reason my bass amp at home is having issues, so I'll have to sort that out before I can make a demo. but shoudn't be too long. I may just record direct and bypass the amp, in the meantime, ENJOY!!!

BLÜE MONSTER
Dual Band FET OD, ver 1.1

Late 2012 i happened to win a price for the first home-etched version of this Blüe Monster highgain thing. You find the story, schematic, etchmask n stuff in the turkey Contest thread.

... and evolution shrinks stuff, even at my place. As i grew deeper into EAGLE, and realized that i can order fabbed PCB-s for a ... reasonable amount of money, i decided to design a twosided PCB for the Blüe Monster. Definately exciting to populate and box a fabbed pcb of my own design. And scary to hit the stomp for the first Power up.

***

It is still the same Circuit as earlier, but redesigned as a twosided pcb.

Look! I'm shrinking! Same same but different.

Jimilee, excellent build. And I'm very happy the most important part of that graphic did not get covered by pots or switches.....

Vallhagen, love that beast!

I've never heard of this pedal.  It looks pretty sweet.  Is there an easily viewable schematic?

Well, it's my design, and neither i nor the pedal is really World-famous (yet ::) ), so i guess you arent the only one that never heard of it:). And yes, there is a viewable schematic as well as etchmask etc, in the turkey-contest thread.

Hmm, i do realize that the turkeycontest thread is 60 pages and maybe no THAT easily browsable/searchable. Here is a link to the original post: http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=99142.640

I also have a project thread over at madbeans: http://www.madbeanpedals.com/forum/index.php?topic=6968.0

... and if you or someone else are interested in PCB-s, yes i am gonna sell more of them, a new batch is on its way. But i guess im gonna start a sell-thread when they show up.

Thanx haveyouseenhim and ch1naski!

Thanks for the links.  This looks great.  I must try this with my bass.  Have you calculated the range on the LPF?

you mean the dualganged filter? yes i have calculated, even if i dont remember the numbers exactly. It goes from almost "all closed" - just a few Hz - to "completely open" - say 15kHz.

...and thanx for your interest:)

Cheers

Little tap Tempo unit, with some new paint tricks. I found some old industrial paints that freak out nicely with heat.

For the Blüe Monster? Yep, here:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10190945/Blue%20Monster/turkey/Blue_Monster_take1.mp3

Just a riff over and over with different settings.
Guitar (LP with Dimarzio SD3 humbucker)-->Blue Mönster-->Pod 2.0-->Line in on PC soundcard.
The first seconds of the clip is the Blüe Monster bypassed.

Cheers
