I wish a happy new year to all pedal-freaks here in the forum!

Hello everybody,
nice pedals, as always, really impressive stuff, etchings and so on - cool  8)

I had the feeling to finish something before 2014, so I did my second Rangemaster in a type-b-enclousure,
my first Rangemaster has an OC71 so this (second one) has - for sure - an OC44!
Now my Rangemaster-Duo is ready :)

btw:
A Rangemaster was my very first pedal build long time ago - I still love this circuit!

Data:
- enclousure type-b
- selected germanium transistor type OC44, manufactured by VALVO
- etched pertinax pcb
- selected nos ceramic (input-) capacitor
- selected nos ceramic (output-) capacitor
- selected Mustard (input-) capacitors manufactured by Philips
(parallel addable to stock-input-cap in the circuit = Classic Boost / Full Boost)
- choose from Classic-, Treble- and Full Boost Mode (Classic = Original)
- selected axial Vishay BC-electrolytic capacitor (50uF)
- selected axial Philips BC 123-electrolytic capacitor (25uF)
- selected Transohm-resistors
- high quality Miyama-toggleswitch
- negative ground
- cloth-covered wire
- low current-Led

Greetings

Happy new year!

OK, how the hell did you do those knobs & those switches? Those are completely off the hook/badass!
The zombie duo is awesome too, of course.

Ha ha ! thank's mate. The knobs labels are print, glued and protected with an epoxy layer (Pour On EnviroTex lite), as well as on the entire box...really resistant!

Even if it's quite resistant, i'm not sure it will last forever on the stomp.  :-\

Ha, running for a personal record here, two posts in da pics thread from me within one week. Never happened.

Anyway... nothing spectacular about this one. LAUDAH is my take on madbeans thunderpuss / Jack Ormans Mosfet Boost. This one i've built for a guy who wanted it battery powered, thus a bigger-than-A-box.

Still that LED wiring ;)

Cheerio!

Hi!
Due to various life circumstances I've been away from this forum and pedal building for a few years. I'm back at it now, and thought I'd share some of my recent builds. Sorry about the crappy phone pics...

Here's a Multiplex Echo Machine, design and PCB from 1776 effects:

Worth doing. Its not that hard really, even if you need to move some of the electros from one side to the other.
I might be biased but I think the standoff method I used is one of the better choices, as its really hard if not impossible to cleanly remove those potentiometers from the board, and they are of good quality so seems a waste regardless.

For the price of the pedal £18 it was a nice days fun and the effect is really great sounding.

Here's my latest project. Maestro FZ-1S Super Fuzz-Tone clone. Got the layout from GGG and etched the board myself. Sounds pretty good.
