Doesn't bother me, already sold and out the door before I could get it open for guts again hahaha
Maybe next time!

Yeah... my next question was going to be "How much are you selling it for?"  ::)

I see that, despite the cold weather, Spring is in full bloom!  ;D

This thing will blow your head off!

Looks great Nic!

Is that another of the steel enclosures you were trying to etch and if so... is that another etch and what did you end up having to do to get the super clean results on this one?

Still blazing hot down under?

Take care

Hey Dave,
this is in fact the same steel enclosure style however I decided against etching and went with a transfer!
It's pretty cool down here in Melbourne actually - the rest of the country is suffering I'm sure haha  :icon_twisted:

I made a red Llama with some larger caps, so it became a Red Alpaca

The gauss markov guide uses CD4049BCN, but i saw in a video that Way Huge uses MC14049UBCP like i did.

I have an incredibly crude video from my iPhone on my blog found here http://nicbelor.tumblr.com/post/80764457269/let-me-prove-how-loud-it-is-this-thing-is-a-fuzz

However, I will be doing some proper video demos in the next week!

@wildebelor any chance for a schematic of the octave? :p cool work. Now I know what I am looking up to

Hey will!
The circuit's octave operates similar to the foxxtone however the circuit's schematic looks very messy as I haven't had a chance to draw it up on my computer!
I'll let you know when I do!  :-[

Rick Holt's Murder One sub mini valve amp.

The cab is a replica of the old Roberts transistor radio that most folks in the UK had in their kitchen in the 60's and 70's. I made it out of MDF as its easy to work then hand painted. A little 8ohm speaker in there.

Super Superfuzz.

IVIarks vero, some ideas mugged on from the Wattson Electronics schematic that they kindly uploaded. The tone switch is on a pot and the octave output can be 'balanced', thats the octave and the fuzz signal not just the differential pair which is on a trim anyway.

Finish is alcohol inks, stamps and sharpie.

peterg

Jaycee - nice looking projects! Great finish on the fuzz.

Beautiful! what kind of enclosure is this?
