Looking for Total Sonic Annihilation schematic

I'm looking for a schematic for the Total Sonic Annihilation pedal.  There was a post with a link from a while ago, but the link is now dead.

looks about right to me, could easily implement an LED using the 3rd pole of 3PDT.

Someone was selling one of these pedals used on craigslist for $150.  Not to get into the whole boutique pedals/price thing, but I figure it might be worth a few minutes to throw one together and check it out.
