Finally after 3 tries!!

It seems that sometimes the simplest of circuits can be the most difficult. This was the case with the Scrambler. Theres really not a lot to it, but for some reason I could never seem to get it going. May be it was because it had perfed it the 2 previous times which was time consuming. However, since I had learned to etch my own boards, (thanks Tonepad for the step by step!!! on your site!!) the whole process took less than a day taking my time. Also being sober probably made a difference as well. So I made/ etched the board. It didnt come on the first try, but it did the second. As it turned out I had the 2n3904 in the wrong place. Wha Laa!! There it was!! I really like this thing either on the clean channel or added to the crunch making it REALLY nasty!

Thats about it... Definetly a build worth making if you like a variety of different distorion sounds..Tonepad has it right when describing this thing as sounding like DOOM.
