Orange Treble & Bass Booster Help really appreciated+nee

Hi Im having problems here, Built the board ok it seems, right components I believe, But dont know which wires to go on the pot or jacks! or how the pot goes into the circuit board.

I have the end wires (1+3) from the pot running into the 0.00022 cap, and other making the circuit to the 0.047 cap

some combinations just made the bypass sound, and the pot seemed to turn into a volume control with another random wiring.

At the moment im not fussed about wiring the dpt switch I just wanna get the thing working!
