I was taking stock of my parts yesterday, and I found three transistors that I didn't have record of (I mark down pinouts and types of all transistors I have). So I tried looking them up, can't find a dang thing on these transistors. Wondering if anyone here knows these parts and what type (NPN, PNP) they are. The pinouts are printed on the face of the transistor. They are silicon transistors. Pinout is ECB

First one:
4687 - ND110

Second one:
4687 - ND043

Third one:
9451 - ND108

Thanks for trying. I'm really not sure what they are, but I think I will just toss them into a spare booster circuit I have perfboarded on the side (AMZ Muff Booster) and see if they fire up in an NPN circuit. If they do, great, if not, then I guess they are PNP, and if I burn them out, oh well, can't identify the damn things anyway so they are of no use to me.
