Where are you based? What are the shipping costs? Can you work from Gerber data?

I'm in indonesia, no i don't use machinary, so i don't build from gerber file, i use film transfer. the 10x10cm for $6 is including the film. send me the gif/pdf with scaled on the pic.  but i can do silkscreen and soldermask, through hole. if you intrested mail me:

i'm using photo-pcb process, 0,2mm thick i can do that, still working on better and i have much better now after i read this tutorial, http://www.nrgrecording.de/html/pcb.html this is one of my favorite site there's also great link, thanks to Mr.Frank Röllen for keeping the web
i have workers working on this custom pcb... i can produce 100 per week and still moving better..

there is no minimum order for the epoxy glass, the size vary fom 3x3cm up to 40cm large.
