I don't understand what values my capacitors are

Waaah wahhh anyway all the pages I've read haven't been able to tell me what I have, capacitor values are really confusing me.  I'll list them:
0.1M that equals 0.1uF right?
0.1k no idea
221 I know this means 220 but 220 what?? It's really tiny by the way
0.22k ?
1000uf this was supposed to be 100uf but the guy probably gave me the wrong value (again :P)

As you probably already know this is for the ruby bassman, I have a few other caps that I had no problem identifying, the thing is there is also one extra, not sure which. Sorry if my question is too easy, it's breaking my head!

Thanks, I almost broke my teeth in despair till I realized that caps that have the three digit code are in picofarads and the ones that have the value specified on them are in microfarads.. that's right, right?

Herr Masel,

Here's the link I got the most mileage from when first trying to decipher those codes :

Yes, for example "473" is 47,000 picofarads ( three zero's ) = 47n or 0.047uf
                         "472" is 4,700 picofarads ( two zero's ) = 4n7 or 0.0047uf
A tantalum/electro cap will have 4.7 or 4u7 written on meaning 4.7uf which is "475" in three digits
