Look for the unfinished ones at the bottom (unless you'relooking for pre-coated ones):

BB-size: $6.60
B-size: $6

This place looks to have some pretty good prices. Is the 1290NS box the same as the Taiwanese B sized boxes sold by Small Bear? I  seem to remember that this was the part number. But the pictures make them look a little taller, but the images may just be distortedon their site?

3PDT switches are cheap too. :o

I smell competition.  ;) I just wished they carried PCB mounted jacks (Neutrik) and PCB mounted pots. :-\

I buy diecast enclosures from PPP and the dude is super cool.  He is reliable. I've bought unfinished and powder coated from him. The Painted enclosures are of good quality. Highly recomended.

Soggy: I don't know what SB carries, never bought from him. You can compare directly to Hammond B and BB though. I've bought plenty of both "brands" and I can't tell the difference.

Kirk and Connie run PedalPartsPlus. Very nice and care about their customers, plus they ship 6 days a week. Another refreshing thing: actual postage.

Competition is good for us and it's about time. PPP and effectsconnection.com are filling a big hole in the market: price. It was bound to happen eventually. This is only the beginning because they both are likely to expand inventory. As well as they are doing, other retailers will pop up and our wallets benefit from it.

I buy from www.pedalpartsplus.com He has great prices and you buy your enclusures bare, painted or powdercaoted.  I believe he will drill them for you for a small fee.  His shipping is much faster that effects connecton and cheaper but he doesnt have the deep B boxes just the shallow ones the same size as a MXR.  He also carries resistors and pots but no 16mm pots (that sucks) he carries neutric jacks also and the adapter jacks are better quality.  I have had 3 bad out of 20 or so from effects connection (and no I didnt hold my iorn on there to long)  Both have thier up sides it is just what you need. My 2 cents  ;D

Sorry to hijack, but how do you get lettering/graphics onto the painted enclosure?

I have ordered from effectsconnection, good service, and I have been trying to order from pedalpartsplus.com need some new switches, the shipping is much cheaper at pedalpartsplus than effectsconnection internationally. Atleast it appears to be, whenever I select a shipping method and continue to just before confirmation it always has the most expensive shipping "Global priority next day document service" at about 60 dollars selected even though I have selected something else. I have emailed Kirk about it hopefully he can sort it out for me.
